At the end of each month, I always look ahead to the next one. Part of the planning includes what networking events I plan to attend to meet more people. I have a list of networking groups that I attend regularly. That is the first thing I include in my monthly planner. The next thing I do is to look for any conferences, expos, or meetups within my local area that I feel would be a good fit for finding my target audience.
Once I have all the dates listed in front of me, I add each one into my planner so that I don’t miss any. I also add these dates into my Google Calendar as well. I like to have a paper planner as well as use my Google Calendar. I try to attend at least 2 to 3 networking events each month, to keep my pipeline filled with new prospects and connections.
